Kinda brand new hotel! Beds so comfortable, washroom super clean, fitness center good they could add a barbell as they have plates already

Noise level prevents sleep

When you can’t sleep due to the noise level from the rooftop bar till 1 am for private functions nothing else matters shocking disregard for hotel guests. Avoid if you want to be able to get to sleep.

Hair dryer blew in my hands it was so hot i burnt my hand, i took to reception and was not apologised to only told someone will bring another one up, had to call after an hour to be told i had to wait as they were busy. I was heading out and was on a tight schedule, this made me late it is not what id expect in a hotel that costs as much.

Clean comfy room. Breakfast ok but could be hotter. Evening meal poor, only dined once. All staff were pleasant but some restaurant staff were not trained in customer care. Also witnessed staff helping themselves to food from the buffet

Hotel was lovely , extremely clean. Restaurant was just awful service was shocking had to wait half an hour for a drink once ordered and only got once complained. Breakfast was really bad nothing out on the buffet and had to wait , loads of dirty tables had to wait for one to be cleaned once we asked . After paying over £300 for 1 night this was really quite poor
