Take the elevator to this top-floor, penthouse-view of Lake Michigan, South Manitou Island, Big Glen Lake or just enjoy the view of the pool down below. It's all there in this totally renovated two bedroom condo. Lay back and enjoy, even though there's plenty to do. You can cook in your full kitchen -- or not. Sutton's Bay, Glen Arbor, Traverse City have restaurants galore for every taste and budget!

We are here to make your stay feel like home - feel free to contact us with any questions, and we hope you enjoy your time in beautiful Northern Michigan!

Guests have access to the whole condo during their stay.

Please note that trailers or recreation vehicles are not permitted on the Homestead property.

Canoe the Crystal River. Or hunt for Petoskey Stones. Climb the Dunes or rent a bike. Go for a leisurely walk or head to the beach for a swim. Cruise M22, and find yourself on the Leelanau wine trail with 20+ wineries. Grab a coffee and relax at some of best beaches in Northern Michigan. You are at The Homestead, "Americas Fresh Water Resort." S'mores at the outdoor bar. Grab a pizza at Cavanaugh's. Play golf at Sugar Loaf or pickleball in Glen Arbor.

You will wish you stayed longer.

A perfect home-base for the family, this condo features a master with a king bed and a second bedroom with a full size+twin combo bunk bed. The full bathroom is brand new with a beautiful, newly renovated walk in shower. You'll also find an open concept kitchen/living room with a gas stove as well as spectacular views of Lake Michigan. The home includes all the amenities you’d hope to find to make your vacation feel like a home-away-from-home, such as a coffee maker, SmartTV, WiFi, cable TV, access to condominium's coin operated washer & dryer, and including plenty of towels and linens.

Also a winter paradise! Ski and snowshoe right within the Homestead property! The ski season is typically from December to March with lifts operating on the weekends. Snowshoe trails all across northern Michigan or even at the wineries! Downhill ski on site or make a quick trip to Crystal Mountain for the day.

Guests have exclusive use of the Stony Brook heated outdoor pool (open June-September), sauna and the exercise room!

Please note the Homestead Resort Beach Club and Tennis Courts are not available for use. There are public tennis courts in Glen Arbor just minutes down the road. You WILL have access to all of the resort amenities that are open to the public, such as all grounds and beach area, the restaurants, ski hill in the winter, spa, salon, and the shops in the Village.

Well done unit for its size with great views.Kitchen could use some serving type dishes for salad or popcorn for example and pot holder.Bedroom door won’t close when trundle is used.Good choice if planning to eat out a lot.Nice pool.

I have been coming to the homestead for years and renting this property was the best decision for my family of four! The condo was clean with new appliances, GREAT view, and the owners were easy to work with. They even allowed us to add on an additional day at the very last minute. Stonybrooks pool was warm and everything we needed. Short distance to the dunes, biking trails, lake, and restaurants. We plan to be back!

The location, the condo, the pool, everything! We had a wonderful time in Glen Arbor and the condo suited us perfectly. It was exactly as pictured and described and the owner even took time to write up a book full of helpful information and recommendations for the area which was an added bonus! We definitely plan to come back!

Homestead Hideaway

This is a cozy condo in the middle of a beautiful property. The location is great, walking distance to the center of things at The Homestead. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this rental!
