"Overall, it was a nice place to stay and a great location. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was decent with different options daily. The only downfalls of our stay was some of the staff were a bit rude, the connection of the television kept going out or wouldn't come on at all, light bulbs were blown near the nightstand and the bar downstairs didn't have the greatest selection of alcohol."

"This is a great boutique hotel. My room was beautiful, nice wooden floor, comfortable beds, and the location in Glendale is fantastic. Just down the street from Porto’s. Parking is something people often talk about with this hotel. They don’t have their own parking lot, but they do have an agreement with a private lot behind the hotel, so the cost is reasonable. It’s actually super easy to get to by walking out the back door of Porto’s. It’s a bit longer when Porto’s is closed. But it felt safe and I had no issues. I recommend using a spot in front for 15 minutes (costs $1) to unload luggage and check in. As far as the hotel, it is on the second and third floor of the building, and there are no elevators. So yes you’ll have to hand carry your luggage up the stairs. The one thing I’d recommend is that they get the entrance stairs a good deep cleaning. It’s the first impression when you walk in the front door and it’s dirty and smells a bit. That’s my only complaint. I would definitely stay here again, it’s a great value for the price."

"My stay here was great, nothing fancy about it, but a great place in general. The staff up front was great and easy to talk to. The room itself was clean, but this place definitely needs an upgrade. I've stayed at a couple of hotels now that are nicer and more modern, and this one looks like it's past its prime. Nevertheless, their TV selection was great (not HD), and their Wi-Fi was top tier. Especially since I need the wifi to continue writing my thesis, and not once did the wifi go out. Great amenities like coffee were great. But the staff, like the cleaning service people, kind of didn't want to give me the cups I asked for. I just want one, not 6. gave me an attitude, but hey, maybe she was just having a bad day. Lastly, you had to pay for parking to stay at the hotel. Never, ever have I paid for parking at a hotel or resort. That is crazy and do better. Overall, my stay was great and at a reasonable price."
