Check-in was easy enough. Room was amazing, the views were just what we were looking for. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment on the 51st floor. Used the pool on the 6th floor, which was good. Visited a couple of restaurants on the complex. Food arrived quickly and all the staff were courteous.

Clean Rooms.very roomy to relax in.decked out with 2 tvs and kitchen...great views.close to casino, shops and resturants,.but air con vents in our main bedroom didnt work and no one came up to fix it..which was disappointing...so customer service 5 out of 10..reception is helpful with parking..and advice on things to do in resort...elevators are crazy..long waits for 4 lifts...better after 11pm to 7am...pool and spa on 20th floor is rewarding if u go early from 6am to 8am...its easy... all up i give the whole place 7 out 10.cheers
