My first night we had to move to another room because the T.V. cable came unplugged and because it was in a box to keep it from being stolen. The next 2 nights i had to have my room keys redone (and yes I know cell phones and credit cards affect them, but they were never near either of these). The last night there someone's car alarm kept going off, people were outside close to the room being loud and constantly back and forth making it hard for a good nights sleep before an extremely long drive home.

The pool was dirty and not cleaned, garbage cans out in the walkways was over flowing, needs new management

Disappointed

Booked a room that said private balcony, absolutely not true!! Room heat and air conditioner very loud. A lot of noise and goings on in the parking lot late at night, and woke up to 3 police cars in the parking lot.

The Roaches Come Out At Night

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Doors that close completely, rooms that are truly smoke free, no more bugs!
Location: Lots of fast food locations, shopping, grocery stores and gas stations along with banks. Ideal location.
A simple hotel that has a friendly staff that responded promptly when I call about a missing knob for the table lamps. But had issues that cause me to check out a day early. First issue, the smell of cigarettes when I asked for a non-smoking room. The sheets also had burned cigarette holes in them. Second issue,a door that when closed, has a gap along the top left corner. I was out and about and didn't notice it til I returned for the evening (Christmas Eve ) late. I put a towel to keep the cold air out and the light from shinning in. Third and final straw, the roachs started to come out. It was around 1:00 am when I saw the baby bug and then another and another so I switched to the other twin bed. While reading looked over at the table now about 3 am and an adult bug was there. The next morning I packed my bags and checked out although I had already paid for 2 nights. If there are bugs, there is filth and I didn't want to continue to be in it. Do not let the ones you love stay here.

Not good

I have stayed in this Hotel many times, this is the worst experience, I had to continually request for my room to be cleaned 3 out of 4 days, also the cleaners are not consistant when cleaning. Parts of the room was cleaned but not the fridge or Micro wave which was nasty, I had to also request that my sheets be changed. Bad customer service was what I experienced.

Room rugs need to be cleaned, outside rooms also

Managment is frendly and helpful, I did not like the fact that there are many noisey tructors that park outside rooms and play loud music from there cars or trucks, cleaners can clean the rooms and bathrooms better
