Room was clean. Tidy immaculate staff had very poor de-escalation techniques with an upset very unpleased guest, I had a do not disturb sign on my door my very very first day over and did not get clean towels. The room only had two towels, two washcloths and a bath mat. To begin with. I asked for towels at 8:00 a.m. told me I had to wait till housekeeping got there. My housekeeper was 40 minutes late and coming-out

Staff was fine. The room was not quite what I expected. One of the lamps would not turn on because the wall receptacle was broken. Also, the drain stopper for the bathtub was laying in the corner of the bathroom, which suggests that the bathroom might not be as clean as it looks.
