Friendly staff and safe hotel but the room was very dirty, terrible experience with the room. We found a dead bug I between the sheets, pull out coach had a red, yellow and brown stains (so discusting). Toilet was dirty and sink was clogged. I tried to unclogg it and then the sink pipe started leaking. Very squeaky mattress.

The room was filthy, dirty walls little roaches everywhere and stained sheets on one of the beds, the only reason we stayed was because we were exhausted from driving and needed to sleep for a few hours

Affordable, safe hotel

Traveling from RDU airport to Atlantic Beach area (2 1/2 hours) and terrible storms so found last minute hotel for night vs driving in mess. Booked two double beds because all left on site but desk clerk did move me to a king size room which I appreciated. Room was good - clean sheets and spacious bathroom. Carpet a little dirty but not bad. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was in the room. Breakfast was good with a nice variety (yogurt, cereal, waffles, fruit, sausage biscuit, egg and cheese biscuits, etc.) to fill up before hitting the road. Would stay again.

This was a stopover hotel for us and for what it was, and for the money, we were pleased. The room, while it showed its age in a couple of places, was extremely clean (spotless vinyl floors - unheard of)!! Kudos to the cleaning staff for exceptional attention to the rooms. The beds were comfortable and towels, while not luxury, were soft and a good size. The door let light in around it, and the blackout curtains could have been better, but that’s hard to fix, especially when doors open to the outside. If you need it dark, dark bring an eye mask. The reason for 4 stars, despite the 5 star cleaning is… the breakfast was a bit disappointing. Make-your-own grits, microwaveable egg/sausage biscuits, a couple cold cereals, plain bagels. Maybe they offer more on the weekends, but on a Monday morning there wasn’t much to choose from and the quality of the options was merely passable. Don’t get me wrong: this makes good financial sense for the hotel and helps keep costs low. Just be aware: if you need a hearty breakfast, budget for going out.

This hotel was near a wooded area with not much lighting. Power went out several times during the night for long periods of time. The hotel did not have a generator therefore, the room was warm due to the air kept cutting off.

It was very convenient for me. What I didn't like was the TV remote control didn't work great. Sticky/dirty. The floors were dirty and at the bottom of the main door there was a opening where small bugs were coming in the room all the time. All these are simple fixes. I've stayed at the Quality Inn twice before but never like this. My room was not cleaned thoroughly. Definitely needed mopping on the floors. I also had to clean the tub, but you should do that anyway. I'm not sure if I would stay there again.

The room was a humid and now clean. We had to ask for a clean towels. The Wi-Fi signal is bad too. I can’t connect with my phone. It only works for my laptop in my room. The room is a close to a road, which is a very noisy during the evening. The air condition is very noisy too. Because it is close to one of the bed, it is super cold to stay in that bed. The only good thing is the breakfast.
