discrepancy in Hotels.com pricing

The only issue I had with this reservation is that I was quoted a pretax price on Hotels.com that was $4 less than what I was actually charged. I went on to the Hotels.com website to try to contact anyone to explain the discrepancy, but the "Contact Us" tab doesn't enable a message to be left and I couldn't find a phone number for customer service

Wouldn’t go back

It was fine. We just slept there. The remote did. It work, a lamp flashed repeatedly until it burnt out, the bathroom door wouldn’t close. We were there less than 12 hours.
