The very basic thing, Coffee, was very low quality. The jar that carried the juices had loose top and one client got juice all over her shirt because the top came loose and it all poured out! There was only one outlet for charging our devices.

Great location & we got an upgraded room which was perfect. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The spa really made our stay special. We would definitely book this stay again.

Disappointing stay. On the positive side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The 3* rating must be due to the attached spa as the hotel felt like a stark and sterile, low-end, chain hotel. Expectations based on pictures and reviews had led me to expect more. The staff interaction and service was perfunctory. There was nothing welcoming or helpful. The noise from the street below is quite loud (obviously a frequent complaint as the hotel left earplugs by the bed. Definitely skip the mediocre and overpriced breakfast. There are much better options within a few blocks.
