For a bare bones motel, this was very comfortable. The host moved us from an upstairs room to a downstairs one. Unfortunately, because of a misunderstanding, he set the thermostat to maximum heat, making the room too warm during the night. Otherwise, the stay was good.

We arrived at 4pm. The room was very hot. The AC did not work. When asked, the nanager said the AC was turned off because it gets very cold at night. They brought us a box fan and we had to leave the door open until 7pm to get the room to cool down. Leaving the door open we could not go to sleep. We had to be up at 5am and could not go to sleep. It felt very unsafe with the door open and fan in door. Also the security hinge inside the door fell off.
