We always love staying at the Amway Grand ! Such an amazing place especially during the holiday season. We love the many restaurant and bar options located right inside the building. Our Christmas party was at MDRD this year and it was nothing less than fabulous!

This hotel has gone downhill. This did not feel like a luxury experience. Not sure if they overbooked but the elevator took 1hour+ to get on and there was an excruciating amount of kids running around. Went to check out the pool 5 times to get in and it was packed and even looked over capacity everytime so we were not able to get in until 7am the next day when we had to leave. Very disappointed and to top it off they removed the Starbucks which gave the hotel its classic appeal. Also dinned at the Ruth Chris restaurant and the meat was raw.
