TERRIBLE! This place was dirty. My room did not have a working shower. This seems like a pretty minimal requirement for a hotel room. When I told the front desk they offered nothing except a weak apology. Do not stay here.

Not bad for the price, however the tv did not work, hot tub down, bathroom was not very clean, tiles in tub very dirty, cob web in corner by bed, pull out couch had no sheets and there were no extra sheets pillows or blankets in room for pull out, when we went down for sheets and blankets we were told that linen room was locked but he could give us two sheets. The staff was friendly. The location wasn’t in the best neighborhood. Pool table needs new felt. Just overall not the cleanest hotel. The entrance and breakfast area were clean and tidy. Breakfast consisted of cereal milk and doughnut holes nothing else, coffee was out by 7am.

Disney on ice gone bad
2/9/24 i seen this baymont/days inn hotel on the app advertising a suite for $100 a night and jumped right on it so i can take my family to Disney on Ice 2/2/24. Back home baymont is a great hotel. But in Grand Rapids it’s a totally different ball game. Smelled like cigarettes on our floor, bathroom dirty, bed sheets was dirty Nothing was ans advertised. But I can say I didn’t yell, scream or demand my money back like most would’ve in this situation. I communicated properly with the front desk and they refunded me 1 night back & my deposit.

I came in there was some sort of disassembled pen used to smoke some substance inside a drawer, was charged for damages that were already in the property. Unhappy with the outcome
