It looked nice in the photos, but we were highly disappointed with the quality of everything. Both beds in our room were TERRIBLY loud, even just getting into and out of bed! There was a literal hole in the floor, marker on the bathroom door, the shower curtain rod was a tension rod that had been caulked into place. The shower heads were terrible and pointed straight out of the shower. There was nowhere to put shower supplies other than on the floor. The cover to the tv remote was missing and tape had just been put over the batteries.

Worse experience ever!!!

The beds are rocks and have ZERO blankets. They give you a couple flat sheets to use. They claim to have a gym but "it's out of service" and they're supposed to have a pool but that too is "out of service". Do NOT take the elevator, it doesn't work so enjoy the walk to thr 3rd floor. That was fun with a baby and luggage! There are people residing there who roam half dressed and dogs running through the hallways. The parking lot is full of potholes that will swallow your tires. Their breakfast is non-existent so plan to eat out or bring your own food and trash bags because they have the world's tiniest trash cans. The shower was full of other people's hair as well, spent 20mins cleaning it before it could be used. The whole stay was awful and we were thankful to get back to our own state!

Clean and Comfortable overnight before flying out in the Morning. The Guys at the front desk were very professional and helpful when we had an issue with one of our bags. Excellent service.

Our first room we discovered ants and we were moved to a different room. We did however realize that we booked 2 queens and got 2 full beds.

Horrible service, we had gotten to our room and saw that it was not as pictured, there was a big gap between the door and the door frame which let you hear everything downstairs. The front desk person Jack is extremely rude and unprofessional. When we went to ask to switch rooms he was sitting on the couch on his phone and had an attitude. We did not stay at the hotel at all and gave Jack our keys to the room to check out and he threw them on the desk. We have been trying to contact a manager for the past 3 days and they have refused to let us know her name and she has not once given us a call when she has been in and promised to give us a call. Highly recommended staying at the other Country Inn that is 10 minutes away, much friendlier staff and better rooms. This hotel is not worth the hassle and money at all.
