The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast options were limited, but it has everything you need for a full breakfast.The property is situated along Medical Mile, so there aren't a lot of choices for dining, but it is a very safe area. There is a bus stop close by to take you to Grand Rapids downtown proper.

Comfortable Stay!

We stayed here for a music festival about 1.5 miles away. The property was very clean and the service was great. It was busy when we checked in, but the gentleman up front didnt stress out or rush us. The included breakfast was a standard continental breakfast and there was at least 1 staff member making sure everything was stocked and ready. The beds were definitely comfortable too! I am picky and have back issues, but this was a great stay.

The pool was down all weekend so my children were unable to swim also only one elevator working so the wait time for an elevator took forever unless you decided to take the stairs. Breakfast had a lot of options and free all day coffee bar was great!

Only 1 elevator was working and hotel was packed. Pool was closed on Saturday for a few days. Room we booked was not available upon arrival even though we paid months in advance, but staff did make it right to the best of their ability.

Great location and nice hotel!

Overall a great stay. Always love the beds at Hampton Inn. Great lobby, eating area and outdoor space. I needed the business center a couple of times and computer was fast. Workout room was spacious and adequate. Only complaint is that the water cooler was empty and I mentioned it 2x to the front desk and it was still empty on the 3rd morning. Might be nice to install a water station to refill water bottles vs. the drinking fountain. Thank you for a nice stay.

Fighting in the hallway

The room was great for watching the fireworks on Saturday. But later on that night from 12-2am someone on the same floor was making all kinds of noise. At one point I looked out into the hallway because it sounded like someone was fighting. The other thing is that only one elevator was working on a busy weekend 😳.
