Very nice property and nice room. Unfortunately our room had a very loud air-conditioning fan that went off and on all night. If we would have turned it off, it would have been too hot.

Hotel was nice, great service. Bedding had some stains, but otherwise the room was clean. Traveled with a baby and we were able to borrow a sound machine which was amazing! Kind staff

The hotel was in great shape and close to serval things to do. My only complaint is we booked this particular hotel because it included breakfast. My reservation said it included breakfast, but when we checked in they told us it is no longer included and would be $11 per day. If I booked it and it was included then they should honor it.

A great hotel choice in Grand Rapids

The breakfast had a lot of varied options- I liked the scrambled eggs, yogurt w/ berry compote and granola and bagels! I slept so well on the bed- super comfy mattress, bedding and pillows. The location was perfect to explore downtown Grand Rapids with plenty of great restaurants,art, museums and shopping (not to mention the views along the Grand River) !
