I liked the staff, the proximity to the De Vos Theater and the included breakfast. I did not like the lack of parking- I had to pay $48 to park overnight in a structure. Also lack of walkable dining that is affordable. There’s high-end restaurants nearby but no casual dining. Nearby bars either didn’t serve food or we couldn’t get served after 15 mins so we left. Ended up dining at hotel bar which was just ok with a very limited menu.

We are very grateful to be located right in the heart of downtown so close to DeVos and many restaurants and bars. Your kind rating and words will be celebrated with the team! We appreciate the feedback and do our best to utilize it to better every guests stay. Our hotel does have an attached parking structure on the back of the building connected on the second floor of the hotel that runs for 35 a night. I do apologize if this was not was not brought to your attention during your stay. Hopefully the next time you stay in Grand Rapids with us the parking situation will be a bit easier with this knowledge.
