This was our first stay at one of your hotels but we'll definitely be back! Beds were super comfy. Entry, lobby, garden, and outdoor area with a patio, firepit, and seating were all beautiful. Super quiet - we didn't hear a peep out of our neighbors and didn't hear any of the dogs staying at the hotel. The breakfast selection was huge.

The room was clean, but there were groups of kids running up and down the hallways, playing in the elevators. There were groups of people sitting outside yelling and screaming at 1am in the morning the kids were banging on the doors as they ran the hallways, at midnight, so NO sleep for us!!! Staff did nothing to stop it even when I asked them too. The place was out of control! I have nothing good to say about that stay! It was over priced and I got no rest whatsoever! And the management did nothing to help! It was a waste of time and money to stay there. I would have got more sleep in my car!
