Called for more towels at 7am with only 2 towels in the room for 4 people. Told the laundry services don't open until 9am and no one available to provide any more towels. At time of booking we were told there was breakfast. My son was given the option of one pre-packaged danish and that was it. My husband slept with clothes on his pillow because the smoke smell was so bad on the sheets. Overall a very poor experience.

Outside window broken ,the tub was flaking the paint off ,tv didn’t work, bed frame was sticking out on both beds and ran into your ankle. Not impressed. The only plus was it was close to the mall shopping. Stay once and done

Booked this specific location since breakfast was suppose to be included. Got there are it was closed. Property was dirty and gross. Bedding was dirty and half the lights did not work.

Would stay again
It was a nice place to rest for the evening and good value. I would stay there again. The room smelled great when we walked in, which was very pleasant. My only complaint is that hotels.com said that breakfast was included, but there wasn’t any breakfast.
