This hotel is showing its age, at least in my room. Bed not very comfortable, pillows not great quality. Found old food under the bed and a candy wrapper next to the dresser. Pool is tiny and hot tub may not have been working (it had some hot water in it). Pool toy shed was empty. No onsite recycling for bottles, cans, or paper. Water pressure in shower was good and towels were decently fluffy.

The indoor atrium and patio area outside our sliding doors was wonderful. Such a lovely spot to sit and visit. The room was clean, comfortable and the toiletries were very nice. The bathroom was a bit small. The breakfast was a bit sparse but the staff was helpful and friendly. The map of facilities and the onsite restaurant/bar was great.

Whole place was filthy dirty. Our room had pee stains all over the toilet under the seat and trash on the floor. Was garbage on the floor all over the property. Tried to change rooms and they simply said no we can’t help you. When they came to close the pool they were very rude. I’ve stayed here several times in the past. Used to be the place to stay. I will not be back.

Your staff member Brook was exceedingly helpful and courteous. Having difficulties in walking long distances - I had an issue with the room allocated to me being a long way away from the breakfast room and other amenities. Brook arranged for me to be transferred to a room that was located in an area that met my needs. He made my stay very pleasant!
