I called the motel for the shuttle and was told they have no shuttle service. So, I'm stuck at the airport, unable to get a rental car until 8 am on 9/12/23. I HAD TO SLEEP AT THE AIRPORT!!! CANCEL THIS RESERVATION.

The room was noisy due to upstairs traffic. Part of the problem could be due to the wood laminate flooring instead of carpeting. While I sympathize with hotel management concerning theft of things like towels, their policy of requiring a $100 charge to your credit card -- refundable within 10 days if you leave your room in acceptable condition -- is unreasonable, in my opinion.

Very nice cool and clean room. Loved the bathroom design. Everything was really immaculate and staff was very friendly. Great price too. The only slight negatives is that the walls are a little thin or maybe it was just the location by the stairs, but in general it was pretty quiet. The breakfast provided was also pretty basic but very happy with the staff, room cleanliness, and the stay. Hotel will also allow Great Falls residents to book a room. Some hotels in Great Falls won't rent unless you're from out of town but won't tell you until after you've reserved and paid for a room.
