Fantastic views fantastic food workers are happy to work there gray infinity pools all the pools here are infinity pools and the views are insane. I would definitely give this resort a 10 out of 10. I went here for seven days and it was really good. I did the platinum roomand I had butler service. The only thing that I would say about this resort, and I wouldn’t say that this is every Butler, but our butlers that we had which was due the book your reservations get your cabana sometimes so they’re all right, but the only thing I would say is that they don’t work on your time, so if you told your butler to pick you up at the lobby and he said he was there and you respond saying you’re in the elevator three minutes away by the time you get to the lobby he’s gone and won’t respond for the next 30 minutes ETC. So that’s the only thing that I would say that’s negative about the resort but everything else about it is 100% out of 10.

I will not get into the detail of our experience, however, I will say that the property is beautifully designed and gigantic but would have been perfect if it was located somewhere else on the island. There is no real beach it’s like they dumped up the area near a swam/ sea side ( I went into the water and my skin felt slummy). Also the staff needs professional development, they don’t seem to have the right solution when a situation arises, they always have to reach out to management and be sure to confirm and reconfirm any thing that was verbally agreed on.

My stay at this resort was incredible from start to finish! The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning views and plenty of spaces to relax. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—always friendly, attentive, and professional. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The amenities were top-notch: multiple pools, great dining options, and plenty of activities to keep busy. I especially loved the [spa/beachfront/rooftop bar—insert detail]. The entertainment wasn’t the best. They need more amenities in the room (makeup wipes). They wouldn’t let my husband in the breakfast buffet with a tank top on, this is not usuall for breakfast, that was annoying because he needed to go back to the room and get a shirt even though we were going to the pool after. I could understand if it was dinner but not breakfast.

The food top notch no complaints whatsoever, the bed very comfortable no problems with internet. I must commend the golf cart staff no waiting over 2 minutes and that's a stretch even late night. The hotel guest service the best. My only recommendation is have a bottle of rum in the rooms. Also I didn't use room service because there's a $15.00 fee.

This was my first time at a resort and needless to say it did not disappoint. I don't know where to begin with this review because everything was phenomenal. The rooms are huge and very clean, no problems with that at all. There are so many pools and the water is always clean, the beach was very nice. I think my favorite part of the stay was the staff and how amazing every one is. Everyone is extremely friendly and they do everything TOP NOTCH. This vacation was a big deal for me because I was proposing to my girlfriend and OSHIN helped me for months plan the whole thing and the people that made and set up everything also did an amazing job. I proposed on dream island and it was perfect, exactly how I wanted it to be. After that we had a candlelight dinner on the beach and that was set up very beautifully as well. So many bars, and so many different drinks to try. I recommend you get yourself a BOB MARLEY. Events they have set up are very fun and there's always something going on. I cant name one bad thing about this resort, for the price its very nice!
