Seasonal Waterfall & Floating Dock
Please note that the waterfall is seasonal and its operation is dependent on lake water levels and local conditions. The floating docks are also subject to lake water levels and may be removed temporarily, including during scheduled lake drawdowns for dam maintenance.
Guests should be aware that the waterfall and docks may not be available throughout the entire season, depending on current lake conditions.

No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.

Bedrooms & Furniture
Eating and drinking are not permitted in the bedrooms. Please do not move the sofa or end tables.

Accessibility
Exterior stairs are required to enter the home. There is a bedroom and a bathroom located on each floor.

Outdoor & Lake Area
The lake area is unfenced. A waterfall and dock are available for guest use from May through November. Three kayaks are provided, and life jackets are available in the dock box.

Bear Safety & Trash Rules
This is bear country, and proper trash handling is required. Trash and recycling are stored in a bear-proof wooden box near the house. Open the front lid, pull out the can, add trash, return the can, and securely fasten both cotter pins. Trash pickup is Thursday morning, and all cans must be locked in the bear box by Wednesday evening.

If the cans are full or have already been collected, please use the overflow can located in the storage shed on the right side of the house. This overflow can should only be used after pickup and must remain in the shed until the next Thursday. Never leave trash outside of the bear box or shed, and always secure the containers to prevent bear activity and property damage.

Neighborhood
Please observe the neighborhood speed limit of 15 miles per hour at all times.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
