The room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked which is rare! All lamps, outlets, coffee maker, and the water all drained as it should. So nice to find because it’s getting more and more rare. The front desk staff were nice and wonderful. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service were both excellent.

Clean room, soft bed. Very polite and helpful staff. Love the dining area. There is a wide variety of breakfast options and a chef ready to cook up an omelet to your liking. The area near the hotel is amazing, just a short walk to a lakefront with nice views. A lot of dining options in the area as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, our room was nice, the view, the employees… loved it all! Breakfast was even delicious. The ONLY issue we had (and it’s a very small inconvenience) is the parking and the lighting outside. It was sooo dark leading up to the hotel. The parking was back behind the main building and it was also not lit well. The entrance wasn’t clearly marked or highlighted, luckily we saw other ppl leaving so we tried the door with our key and it worked. It was a cold, rainy night so leaving our vehicle in a dimly lit parking lot was a little unnerving but again, not a deal breaker. Once we got in, our room was literally clear across the other side of the hotel so it was an inconveniently loooong walk with our bags. We did love our room once we got to it, it was just journey getting there lol. Otherwise, would definitely book again and will probably request the same room again 😂

The room was nice and clean but a few key items lowered the score. 1. Dogs are allowed to be in the hallway and bark incessantly all night and early in the morning. Bring earplugs!! I’d suggest to the hotel to put dogs on the same hallway so non-dog people can sleep. 2. The cleaning people begin talking in the hallway at 8am! Check out is not until 11 so this also lowered the score. The shower is mediocre - FYI

This hotel was very clean. We also had a pleasant surprise of a nice Halloween party on the property during our stay. It was nicely done with free food as well as adult beverages and Halloween candy for the kids. They kept us entertained with games and activities. Very nice surprise. We were not aware of it until one of the staff personally invited us to the event. Also the hotel was very quite and in a very nice area for accessing many other businesses. Will definitely stay there again.
