The staff and area are excellent, the hotel is beautiful. But it beeds some improvements, like i stayed on the second floor and who ever walks at night or if someone talks during the night, you can hear everything. There is no sound proof. You get waken up by any noise, also the water pressure is bad, specially the toilet.

Staff was great and very helpful with questions I had. Hotel is walkable to plenty of cafes, museums, dining choices and church. The pool was good and we were able to order drinks from restaurant while relaxed at pool. I loved that we were also able to order taxis from hotel, it made me feel safer and the service was outstanding.

The hotel is located right in the historic centre of Guadalajara, meaning it’s really convenient for the old town. Upon arrival at reception, we are a gay couple and there was a look of surprise on the receptionists face when I confirmed we wanted one bed for two people. The room was good itself; but the bathroom could do with some modernisation work. We were only given one soap for 5 days and it was gone by fay 4 and not replaced. The gym could also do with renovating. Two of the three treadmills jolted during use meaning they were quite dangerous, especially at speed, so I went running around town instead to avoid injury on the machines due to their poor upkeep.
