There were several things that were a miss. For one, the beds were hard. The blanket was a sheet. The extra blanket was no better. Couldn't adjust AC. Either it was hot or it was cold. I had an executive suite which was on the 40th floor. The rooftop music was loud every night. Had a bug in the bed as well. Lastly, the elevators that go to my level should have their own button. One button controls all elevators and had to wait several times for the right one which is a pain in the ass.

The hotel is clean spacious and the roof top bar is a great place to have a relaxing drink. The credit policy they have is wrong. I placed a 2k peso deposit at the front desk, We then had charges of 600 and 1,200 pesos at the bar. The restaurant demanded that I pay the 1,200 bill in cash. I advised that I was a guest and would settle up on check out. the result was a comfrontation with the manager. Nice touch for a vacation. In the end, I paid 2,200 pesos to cover my 1,800 peso tabs. I have traveled a fair amount, and never been confronted in this manner.
