Needs attention to details

While the house itself is nice enough, in a safe and convenient area the home lacked in several areas. 1)Missing light bulbs) 2)Maggots from garbage left from LAST renters 3)No cream or sugar for coffee 4)Lights outside not hung up properly 5)Toilet Running constantly 6)Barely any pots to cook with 7) No top sheets 8) No wash cloths 9) Smells like a dog and smoke. These are some of the issues we encountered. NOT A SUPER HOST!
