Beautiful, private beach-front estate on near-private beach...except for daily turtle visits. Close-to-town convenience but behind the front gate it feels miles away. Spacious open downstairs floor plan with kitchen, dining area and living room. Guest room, office and bath downstairs. Upstairs ocean-front master. Multiple french doors open to views, the beach and steps to the sand. Exceptional landscaping on all sides of the house. Outdoor shower.

Multiple surf spots in front of the house - walking or paddling distance. Two miles from Haleiwa and approximately two miles from famed Waimea Bay. Main home is 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The detached cottage is cute and cozy, with amenities including double bed, desk, closet and large bathroom.
