Booked the economy room which was very basic but it did have air con so was still very comfortable. Bathroom was very small but functional. Good location. Room was very quiet no street noise. Great check in experience, very fast. Recommend booking a car park.

The location of the hotel was convenient. The room was small with all the essentials. No toiletries are provided. The room was made up daily and fresh towels were provided. The aircon was giving strange sounds through the night. Paid parking was convenient and advisable.

The bathroom was very small, with the shower a step up from the floor. However, the workings of it were nice. Plugs were behind the bed, not a great place to connect a CPAP machine. Very clean, not noisy. It is an old building with few upgrades

Husband and I enjoyed our three nights there. Room compact with 2 double beds. You have to step up to get in the shower and stepping out of it can be a problem. Nice staff. Central Hamilton. Safe to be in. Clean and I enjoyed our meals there. Seafood chowder is good there.
