Room was nicely cleaned. The staff at the front seemed like they are very by the book though. No give on anything. Someone was asking if they could use the laundery facilities and were told they couldn't becasue it was after 8:00PM, the person asked if there could be ab exception but the front desk said no. I wanted to go into the pool specifally to shower and then soak in the hot tub after I worked out in the gym..about 8:30AM on the saturday morning but the door was locked. I mentioned to the front desk that the door was locked and she said ti opens at 9:00AM.... I said well it's half hour until then is it okay if I go in as I am a guest and she said No that is not allowed. SO I wasn't impressed with that
