The facility and staff are excellent.There is staff constantly cleaning and doing repairs to the property,building and rooms.The rooms are very clean and condiments like coffee packets are always restocked.The pass key system is a great idea for security and safety.

the room was not made up one single day I was there. towels were not provided and parking is completely inadequate. I was told when I asked the first day about the room that you have to request the room be made up. I requested that for the duration of my stay and my wife also called in to complain and request the room be made up daily. never happened. the wife convinced me to stay here as she likes your chain. never again. was not offered any compensation for this complete lack of service. no hotel I have ever stayed at had to request to have your room tidied. completely unacceptable.
