Honestly this hotel is starting to look and feel run down. Shower heads are all calcified, shower drains dirty. My room door I had to force open and closed as it had shifted and was jamming.

I have never left a review but this hotel charged me for my service dog. By law, service providers are not allowed to ask for certification, what my disability is, or for identifying vests or tags …but they asked for all 3. I only stayed here to get a massage but of course there were no openings available. Since I’m never asked for these things I don’t carry them nor find it necessary.

Loved the suite. One of the most spacious I've ever had in a hotel. We were so disappointed that the room we had booked wasnt available, but the upgrade to the suite made our stay absolutely amazing. Will stay at the podallan everytime we come to grande prairie.
