The room was clean, comfortable bed but pillows were lumpy and too hard. The hot water takes a long time to heat up. Turning the tub on to get the water hot faster was the trick but the faucet leaked.

Carpets are old, dark hotel, very uncomfortable pillows towels are old, small.and with holes, room was not cleaned and towels were not changed upon request. Windows have no blackout curtains. No countertop in the bathrooms. Very disappointed

The first night we stayed the room was extremely cold. When we phoned we were told there was no one to fix the problem. It was fixed by the next day but definitely cold the first day.

The refrigerator in our room didn’t work, we asked for a different room. It’s just not as clean as it used to be. The person talking out the bins of garbage just threw it into the dumpster then didn’t close the lid. Needles to say the crows and magpies had a hay day, leaving garbage all thru the Boulevard

They have the best omelette breakfast and delicious coffee. Always book here for those! Beds are decent, a bit firm but I prefer firm matresses. I bring my own pillow as i am picky with those. Wouldnt recommend paying more for the bath as I am an average suzed person (5' 3" and 130lbs) and did not fit comfortably width wise in the tub.

There were many beds laying outside and against the east facing wall, and inside the establishment near the entrance hallway. The lighting near the beds were difficult to reach the switch and were not independent of each other, they were either both on or both off.
