No staff in the office to bring an extra pillow, told us to come get it ourself. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. No yogert, pancakes were cold and saddest looking pancakes ever. Worst was that the website for your hotel shows you have a hot tub. We chose your hotel because of the hot tub and there was no hot tub. Just the pool. The Website should be updated!

Clean room, good breakfast options, pleasant front desk staff. The only downside was we could not get a good room temperature. Either too warm or too cool. And there is no hot tub :(

Staff were all friendly and one stood out, Lourdes was very accommodating and very friendly. I appreciate the updates and notifications of what’s expected during the stay. She was informative.
