Great experience

I choose this hotel through a friend's recommendation. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of Hanoi, close and walking distance to all major spots. Very surprised by the service and atmosphere of this place. The staff was very friendly, enthusiastic to help and ask questions during my stay. All staffs always welcome us even gave us gilts before we leave. They even offer us a free shower services... just amazing

Such a lovely experience! Staff was super friendly, the location was great and the room beautiful/ They're great about opening doors, greeting you, and front staff was very helpful. They kept my luggage after I checked out, and when I returned to the hotel to pick up my luggage, they let me use the shower, so I was able to board the plan feeling refreshed. If I visit Vietnam again, I will definitely stay at this hotel

Really superb place to stay in the beat of the old city. The staff were stupendous and facilities were excellent and clean.Great quality of breakfast, some of the best black coffee I've ever had in the morning. The hotel was well situated and nicely appointed, but the real treat was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. They take care of us from the moment we check in, asking about our plans and recommended tour information, city sightseeing. We would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Hanoi

Right as I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by the warm smiles and genuine hospitality of the staff. Every team member was incredibly polite, helpful and attentive, making me feel comfortable and valued from the very beginning. The hotel's location was fantastic, withing easy walking distance to all the main attractions and popular local food spots. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. I was very impressed with the warm hospitality from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff greeted me with bright smiles and a welcome drink of tea and delicious mung bean cakes. I like the cakes so much that I asked where to buy them, and the staff kindly recommended a nearby local shop and even gave me a map. They also introduced me to their Ha Long Bay and Trang An tour in a very detailed and friendly way. Although I couldn't join the tours this time due to personal plans, I look forward to trying them on my next visit

Perfect vacation with great breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable beds, solid massages at Vita Spa and night drinks at the bar. The location is fantastic and the staff are incredibly helpful. Hanoian Central Hotel was so beautifully decorated throughout in a very traditional style. The location is centered in old quarter so it is very convenient to move around the city. Breakfast was none of the highlights for me, food options were diverse and delicious! All the staff were warm and courteous during my stay, from prior interactions. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations. and activities booking. Also, shout out to Elsa, concierge, for helping us so much through the process. We will come back!

Excellent hotel

This little boutique hotel hotel in Hanoi is absolutely stunning! The entire staff including the bell boys, housekeeping and restaurant staff all get 5 stars! The hotel is so clean, quiet and a place that I highly recommend to anyone who is in Hanoi. As we enjoyed welcome drink and cake at the lobby, the hotel staff Quin Anh briefed us on the location of recommended places of interest and famous local street food with detailed map. She even what'sapp us a list of eating places recommended by hotel chef. She also provided the train schedule knowing that we planned to visit the famous train street. Upon our return from Ha Long Bay cruise, although we were not checking in and was just waiting for out transportation to Sapa, the staff still helped us with our luggage, served drinks, looked out for the arrival of our transport and sent us off warmly. If I came back to Hanoi, I would not hesitate to book this hotel again. Highly recommend!

Great way to enjoy the old quarter

Chanced upon this hotel while looking for a 4 star boutique hotel with good reviews. Never expect that the service and facilities would be so good! The hotel itself is pristine with fantastic accommodations and the entire team working there was so nice and helpful. They made the stay that much more incredible. Tu was who we worked with the most and she was wonderful, she gave us recommendations for things to do and eat nearby and they were all phenomenal recommendations. She helped us arrange travel and was always so kind. There's also daily buffet breakfast provided by the hotel, the spread/variety of food is good. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and will come back again!

I came to Hanoi for short day trip and this hotel was the perfect choice. It was easy to get around from here, and the hotel helped me arrange an airport pickup which saved me a lot of stress on arrival. The room was exactly what i need, clean, quiet and well equipped. The mattress was firm but comfortable, and the blackout curtains helped me sleep in after long flights. We were especially impressed by the service. Elsa at the front desk was a gem, so warm, cheerful and always ready to help with anything we needed. She greeted us every morning with a big smile and gave us useful tips about where to go and what to eat around the city. For anyone doing a short city break or stopover in Hanoi, this is solid, reliable hotel that makes everything easy

We really enjoyed our stay at hanoian central hotel. The hotel has this lovely local feel while still being very well maintained and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, thanks in large to Andrew at the reception. He was extremely attentive and kind, helping us book our tour to Ha long Bay and giving us honest advice about what to expect. We especially liked the breakfast setup, small but very fresh, and always with a few warm local dishes to try. One morning we had delicious Vietnamese sticky rice and fresh passion fruit juice. The hotel is also close to all the food hotpots and we found great banh mi, egg coffee and grilled skewers just minutes from the door. It made exploring so easy

We chose this hotel for its location, and it turned out to be one of our favorite places during our Vietnam trip. Everything is within walking distance markets, coffee shops, train street and lots of cultural spots. The hotel itself is clean and quiet. The room is bright with plenty of natural light and we even had a small balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Breakfast was generous and fresh, with both Vietnamese and Western options. We particularly enjoyed the beef noodle soup and strong drip coffee. It;s the kind of place that feels thoughtfully managed. Not too big, not too small, just right

If you're looking for a hotel with the perfect location in Hanoi,kook no further than Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa. Situated in the heart of the old quarter, it it's within walking distance to hoan kiem lake, the night market, local coffees, and historic landmarks. Yet despite the central location, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle. The room was spacious and very clean, with lovely traditional touches modern comforts. We were even surprised with a welcome fruit plate such a sweet gesture! What made our stay even more special was the attentive service. Elsa and Antony were incredibly helpful to show us where to go, where to eat and even the souvenir shop nearby. Having such friendly and knowledgeable staff made all the difference. One of the highlight of our stay was, without a doubt, the food. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing fresh, diverse, and delicious. We especially loved the pho, it was flavorful, authentic, and the perfect way to start the day. The fresh fruit, pastries, and juices were also excellent. Every morning felt like a mini feast. The dinning area was elegant yet cozy, and the staff was always attentive and friendly. In the reception, Antony stood out for his warm personality and outstanding service. He made sure we had everything we needed and always asked if there was anything special we'd like. He even recommend a few great restaurants nearby that we ended up loving. Our stay at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa was everything we hoped for and more, but what truly exceeded our experiences was the spa service. After days of walking through the busy streets of Hanoi, we decided to treat ourselves to a massage and it was easily one of the best spa experiences we've ever had. The massage therapists were professional and high skilled. We tried both hot stone and traditional Thai massages, both were fantastic and helped us unwind completely. It was the perfect way to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and reset our energy. The attention to detail was amazing, from the hot tea we received afterward to the peaceful music and aromatherapy during the session. We highly recommend booking a treatment if you're staying here, it's not just a spa, it's a full experience. We definitely be coming back!

I booked a Sapa tour through the hotel, and it was the best decision ever! The itinerary was well-organized, with a knowledgeable guide who shared fascinating insights about the local culture. The hotel staff, Andrew made sure everything was arranged perfectly, from transportation to accommodation in Sapa. The trekking experience was unforgettable, with breathtaking views of the rice terraces and friendly interactions with the ethic minority groups. Upon returning to Hanoi, the hotel staff welcomed me back warmly and even offered a free foot massage at their spa. This level of care and attention to detail truly made my trip special. During my stay, I was amazed by the warm hospitality of the hotel's restaurant staff. Every morning, they greeted me with a big smile. I wasn't expecting such high-quality food at a boutique hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a mix of fresh fruits, pastries, and Vietnamese specialties. I particularly loved the Pho, one of the best I had in Hanoi. The chef also prepared an amazing bun cha, which was packed with flavors. Dinner at the restaurant was equally impressive. I tried their Tay Bac grilled chicken, and it was perfectly cooked. The ambiance was cozy, and the staff incredibly attentive, always ensuring I had everything I needed. Their service made me feel valued and well taken care of. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in Hanoi, Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa is the place to be. The hotel itself cozy, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. However, what truly stood out for me was their spa service. After a long day of sightseeing, I decided to try their befreshing package, and it was beyond amazing. The therapists was professional and paid great attention to detail, making sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The herbal oils they used smelled divine and helped me unwind completely. Aside from the spa, the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The location is also fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're in need of some relaxation!

The hotel is perfect for Western travelers looking for the western conveniences. Clean, air conditioned rooms with hot water. The continental breakfast was amazing. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage there after you check out to explore the surrounding area. The area is very, very busy. Cars and motorbikes crowd the street as well as motorbikes crowding the sidewalk so you’re required to walk in the street much if the time. There really are no stop signs or traffic light systems and the crosswalks aren’t truly crosswalks. Just be aware and you really need to pay attention. Extremely noisy and the sidewalks streets are slightly dirty. However, I would not let this discourage you because the shops and people are amazing. Wear closed toed shoes and just come prepared for a lot of stimulation.

Perfect Stay with Great Tour Services !

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Henry helped us book tours to Sapa and Ha Long Bay, and everything was perfectly arranged. The Sapa tour was amazing, with a well planned itinerary and a great local guide. The Ha Long Bay cruise was also top-notch, with stunning views and excellent service. After returning from our tours, we treated ourselves to the hotel’s spa, which was exactly what we needed. The therapists were professional, and the massages were incredibly relaxing. Excellent Stay and Well-Organized Halong Bay Tour

This hotel is truly a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Henry at the front desk was exceptional, he helped us plan our itinerary, book transportation, and even surprised us with a small gift for our anniversary. His attention to detail and kindness truly made our experience unforgettable. One of the things that stood out to me was the Halong Bay day tour I booked through the hotel. I had done some research online beforehand, and I’m so glad I decided to go with their recommendation. The entire trip was very well organized, from the smooth pick up process to the high quality service throughout the tour. The guide was friendly and patient even when I was running a few minutes late, he waited without any complaints. The boat was clean and beautiful, and the lunch provided was fresh and tasty. If you're looking for a boutique hotel with excellent service and well-arranged tours, this is definitely the place to stay!

We had an amazing time here. The service was top-notch, and every staff member we met was kind and professional. Andrew provided outstanding service, making sure we had everything we needed. He helped us arrange transportation, recommended the best local eateries, and always greeted us with a smile. One thing I really appreciated was the hotel’s facilities. It has a spa, a restaurant, and a well-equipped gym, which was perfect for me as I like to work out while traveling. The gym was clean and had all the necessary equipment for a good session The restaurant was also fantastic! The food was flavorful, and if you love Vietnamese cuisine, you must try their Bun Cha, it’s absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi!
