Mon sĂ©jour Ă  Hanoian a Ă©tĂ© tout simplement top ! Top-Notch Hospitality and Spa Experience

Great Location and Helpful Staff

Such a charming boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi. The location is unbeatable—you can walk everywhere! The staff went out of their way to help us with restaurant reservations and day trips. Our room was quiet despite being in a busy area, and the decor was tasteful. Felt like a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.

Room Upgrade with Balcony View

Stayed in 2 different rooms and what a difference! The superior room was quite small with a window but had limited views. After returning from our Halong Bay tour, we were upgraded to a balcony room with a beautiful street view overlooking the Old Quarter. Though it was a bit noisy at night, the experience of watching the lively streets from the balcony was truly wonderful.

Great Location & Helpful Tour Booking

We booked Hanoian Central based on a friend’s recommendation and were very happy with the choice. The location is fantastic, everything in the Old Quarter is within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Booking our Halong Bay tour went smoothly, thanks especially to Andrew, who patiently answered all our questions and organized everything perfectly before the trip. Highly recommend the hotel for the great location and excellent service.

The Vietnamese coffee at breakfast here is so strong and good. It became part of my daily ritual. But more than that, I loved the people. One morning I spilled my cup and felt embarrassed, but a kind staff member quickly cleaned it up and brought me a fresh cup with a smile. No judgment, just kindness. Small moments like that make this hotel unforgettable

We had a lovely stay here the staff were amazing. The location is perfect as you can walk around the city and things are close by. After a long flight and busy travel days, I booked an Aroma Therapy session at the hotel's spa and it was heavenly. They offered us a complimentary takeaway lunch for the road and even surprised us with a short shoulder massage after check out. These thoughtful gestures really made us feel special. This was my first time in Hanoi and I was a bit nervous about navigating the busy Old Quarter. Luckily, this hotel made everything easier. It’s in a prime location but not too chaotic, perfect for easing into the Hanoi vibe. The staff spoke excellent English and helped arrange a SIM card, currency exchange, and even booked me a seat on a Halong Bay day cruise. Everything felt very safe and manageable, even as a solo female traveler. I’d absolutely stay here again.

What stood out to me about this hotel was the location: there are so many amazing food options within walking distance. From bun cha to egg coffee to sticky rice and grilled fish, it’s all just a few blocks away. I walked to Train Street twice during my stay, and also visited the night market which is super lively on weekends. The staff here were so friendly and helpful, they even gave me a printed map with all the must-try local dishes marked. It made my solo trip so much more enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed with tea and local sweets. Every team member, from bellboys to receptionists was polite, helpful, and always smiling. We tried the hotel’s in-house spa and were blown away. The massage was one of the best we’ve had anywhere, professional, relaxing, and thorough. Thuong, our therapist, was incredibly skilled. Highly recommend!

The hotel exceeded our expectation in all areas. The location couldn't be any better, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and extremely good restaurant are on it's doorstep. Service was truly personal and fantastic from start to finish. The front desk greeted you with a welcome drink and comfy seat as they check you in. The were always ready with helpful tips, making our Hanoi experience even more memorable. They also offered to hold our luggage while we went to Ha Long Bay for the night and the day we checked out we had a tour and they offered us a room to shower so we could freshen up. Highly recommend staying here!
