We had a wonderful at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa this Fall. Loved the location. All the best sights and experiences of the Old Quarter were a minute away. The hotel staff, rooms, service, food, and everything else were simply superlative. We’re definitely staying here again when we visit next.

Had an amazing stay at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa in Hanoi and was looked after very well by Tiffany at reception who accommodated all our needs and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. In fact all of the staff there are incredibly lovely. The property itself is in a fantastic location, the room we were put into was spacious and had everything you needed. Would definitely visit again.

We have loved our stay here at the Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa. The location was perfect to walk everywhere, the staff were so helpful and friendly - nothing was a problem. The rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant food was lovely and the breakfast catered for different preferences. We definitely would recommend coming here to stay.

Fantastic hotel with attentive staff. Excellent breakfast. Close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Would definitely stay again. Allowed us to keep the luggage at the hotel during our stay in Ha Long Bay. Superb service and nice room. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet, with a lovely large balcony.

Had a super time at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa and a return night after our Halong Bay trip. Andrew and the team at reception really looked after us and made sure everything we need was taken care off. Great Buffett breakfast in the morning. The staff were especially friendly would recommend

What made this hotel special was the way everything came together: comfortable rooms, modern facilities, relaxing spa, tasty meals, and an unbeatable location. Being surrounded by awesome food around was a huge plus, and returning to such a welcoming space every evening made the trip unforgettable. Great spot with great service, and one of the best choices for enjoying Hanoi to the fullest.

The hotel’s spa is a true gem after a long day of sightseeing. The atmosphere is peaceful, with calming scents and skilled therapists who know exactly what you need. The massage was both relaxing and rejuvenating, definitely a highlight of my stay in Hanoi.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable if you want to experience Hanoi’s charm. Everything from Hoan Kiem Lake to night markets is within walking distance. The hotel had an amazing set up. The dining and breakfast venues were fantastic. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi. However, the best part of the hotel was the customer service which was 100/100. Fantastic staff at the hotel. Very very nice and helpful.
