"The room and hotel is very clean. I appreciated all the help I received."

"The room was clean but I was told when I arrived that they were about to cancel my reservation because there wasn’t a credit card on file. Thankfully, I checked in before 6pm (that’s when they were going to cancel my reservation). Then, they charged me a $5 “booking fee” that was not revealed on Hotels.com. Parking was tight but free. Breakfast was a gift certificate for a free breakfast at McDonald’s. "

"A little disappointed because when I booked it was not advertised as a motel. I requested a non smoking room and the first thing you see when you walk in is an ash tray, it smelt a bit musty, and there were stains on mattress with no protector. Overall not too bad, but not the best. Staff was friendly."

"Even as the building is under construction, it was still a decent stay. The room was very clean and roomy for 5 of us. The Continental breakfast was the normal, but with eggs, bacon/sausage, and biscuits and gravy which were good. My only issue was having to stand around waiting on staff at the front desk, at one point the evening girl acting like I was bothering her asking for morning coffee. I mean, if you are getting paid, you should be more willing to help your customers. "
