"The ladies in the reception are amazing, very very helpful, specially Jaqueline. Also de the maids were very friendly and helpful, specially Juana. We went to the bar, there is not lunch, and the staff at bar were not as friendly as the others, actually they were kind of rude. My wife cocktail had no garnish and it was very simple looking. We were expecting the old school chatty bartender experience, it was not at all like that."

"We were here for a night and everything was great. Liked that the parking garage was attached to the hotel. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, shout out to Tyrone in the restaurant who gave exceptional service. The pool belongs to the gym, which is also attached and my son enjoyed swimming there. It’s a close walk to Inner Harbor and there is a Starbucks attached to it which was perfect. Definitely recommend!"

"First thing. The staff here are awesome. Professional, friendly and accommodating. We heard so much about the free breakfast. The first day it was horrible and we wound up going across the street to have breakfast. The ice machine didn’t work. I had to go downstairs to the bar to get ice. The window shade had so many little holes in it and let the sunlight in when not wanted. I wouldn’t NOT stay here again but for a few more dollars I would stay somewhere else. The area is very nice but parking is horrible."
