Southridge #21 is an upper-level slope side condo nestled in the heart of Michigan’s most award-winning Nub’s Nob Ski Resort. With its ski-in/ski-out convenience, guests have direct access to the slopes, allowing for a seamless and enjoyable skiing experience. This is a great base for families to relax and recharge after a day of exciting outdoor activities.

This “Up North” styled condo available in every season features three bedrooms, two baths and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The main level has an open living area with wall-to-ceiling windows, gas fireplace, and relaxing furnishings. The king bedroom ensuite is also on the main level. The second-level features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a cozy loft complete with trundle bed, Smart TV, and woodland views.

Southridge #21 is available for rental outside of the ski season and its location near Harbor Springs and Petoskey is ideal for warmer weather activities. Bring your mountain bike, hiking gear, golf clubs and kayaks and make vacation plans for four seasons of fun and adventure.

Awesome location!

We enjoyed our stay, the condo is in one of the best locations. Very easy to access lifts, we put on our skis and we were at the lift within minutes. Also enjoyed the snowshoe trail, which is right in the backyard with access to multiple marked trails. The condo itself was clean, plenty of room and had the amenities we needed. Communication was great as well! We would book again!

Great Stay @ Nubs Nob

My cousin's family and ours did a long ski weekend. The brown and orange lifts are basically in the backyard which made for great ski in/out for everyone to come and go ski as they please - also had a ski locker on the ground floor. (This unit is 2nd and 3rd floor). The place was clean and tidy, with a well stocked kitchen; and laundry. The dining room table and living room were also big enough to hold our crew of 8. We only had two issues during the stay: there wasn't enough toilet paper and the stove is aged. One of the burners didn't work and the other 3 heated unevenly. That being said we definitely will stay here again during next ski season.
