Needing more help at check in. Only having one person who was very nice, and helpful at check in during prime time made a long back up.

Excellent facility but, the restaurant was closed. This necessitates going out or using the deli. Mostly deep fried stuff. Not great. Because it was Monday, each got two free drinks, which was great.

Everything is great at the Kewadin St. Ignace with the exception of the beds. The beds are extremely hard, which not everyone can sleep on comfortably.

The hotel itself was adequate enough. The staff could have been friendlier - most of the employees we came into contact with acted like they had better things to do and just weren't very personable! I won't be back, there are better options out there.

We left a day early knowing you would most likely not get the night refunded. Would never stay there again. Food was awful and service poor.
