Property Layout:
Main Level: Features a seamless open-plan living room with a large sectional and Smart TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. A convenient half-bath and access to the attached one-car garage are also on this level. Step out onto the deck overlooking the community amenities.
Upper Level: Includes three bedrooms: one with a king bed and private deck, one with a queen bed, and a third with two twin beds. A shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves these rooms.
Lower Level: Offers a private retreat with a king bedroom, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and its own direct outdoor access. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is also located here.

Showers and a locker room are available unless there is severe weather or lightning, or pool levels are deemed unsafe for swimmers. There is always annual maintenance on the pool that shuts it down periodically around the springtime.**
-Tennis Court: One court available for guest use.
-Pickleball Courts: Two courts available.
-Court: One full-length court.

**The association is currently awaiting final permit approval to open its newly constructed pool. At this time, we do not have a confirmed opening date.
