On the third level, there are two small bedrooms. The ground floor, formerly offering a game room has been transformed into a 6th bedroom with queen bed and direct access to a full bathroom! You'll love all of the great places to gather, as well as the many quiet spaces to relax. 

On a perfect Maine summer day, you'll find yourself sitting on the waterside deck enjoying your favorite drink, basking in the warm sunshine, and swimming from the dock to explore all of the wonders of the coast of Maine! Sanctuary is located at the end of the road, so you will enjoy the peace and quiet and great morning and afternoon walks, while being just 15 minutes from all the amenities of Brunswick and the Harpswell Islands, offering many local restaurants, shops, and beaches.
