Gumbeachy is the best Hawks Nest has to offer, this 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse is light, spacious and very comfortable it has been carefully designed to ensure it is the perfect place to relax.

‱ This property has 3 generous bedrooms, huge master suite/parents retreat with ensuite.

The main has a queen-sized bed, the second bedroom has two singles, bedroom 3 has 2 King Singles and two rooms have built in robes and all have quality furnishings. The main bathroom is of a good size and has a bath, the second bathroom is also spacious and located upstairs off the main bedroom. The laundry is equipped with washing machine and dryer.

A little disappointing

The property presents really well. There was rubbish on the floors, hair in the bathroom and dust. Needs a spring clean. But the location is excellent. Beds were comfortable and we still enjoyed our weekend away.

This was a great place to stay. Took the kids and dogs. Was walkable to everywhere (surf beach, back bay beach, gold course, supermarket). The places is low maintenance, easy to keep clean. The location is quiet, except for the chorus of kookaburra's in the morning and the intermittent chatter of lorikeets. Very functional kitchen. I loved the fact there were spices (not just salt and pepper), and sugar and alfoil and all those things which are a pain to bring yourself, as you only need a little bit, but are hard to manage without. Would definitely recommend staying here. Checking in easy.

This was an excellent property. Very well appointed. all the facilities provided were in working order. My only suggestion is that a gate on landing of the front steps for the pet friendly environment would be handy.
