Breakfast wasn’t bad. The door to the room shut but was very loose. You could pull on the door and move it easily when shut. Did not feel secure. Check in was quick and easy. Was decently clean. Beds were comfortable enough.

My first room #311 had cigarette smoke smell. I told the front desk and she said she note it. Then the room was missing the blackout curtain ~ so the bright lights outside were a problem. I told the front desk and moved to #321. This room had mold around the tub. I told the front desk. Breakfast was limited. Hardly any eggs and no waffle mix. Not a good experience for a Comfort Inn.

We specifically booked this hotel because of the indoor pool, there were plenty of our hotels around this area but we wanted to treat the kids to a pool. I called about four days before booking and was told that the pool was open and functioning, I specifically asked if it was heated, I was told yes and it worked. When we checked in the lady at the front informed us the pool was "chilly" but open. We got to our room and changed, excited for the pool, we hurried down. It was freezing. I was upset but the kids made the most of it. We only swam about five minutes. We went back to the room and got ready for showering/bedtime. The towels were small but adequate. The shower had no pressure but was fine. The worst part of the evening came net. My daughter was standing by the desk when she spotted a roach! She slapped it and knocked it to the floor thats when two more jumped to the floor! My husband went to the front desk to tell them and the girl said, "are you sure it wasn't a stink bug?" We spent the rest of the evening itching! The next morning we got our belongings together and ran them through a heat cycle on the dryer before putting them into the car. The breakfast was very good, the room that the breakfast was in was really hot and the TV kept glitching out which was annoying. The meal was good though, and we had no more bugs in that area. Overall, we will not be returning to this hotel. We were disappointed in the bugs and the staff's reaction.
