My team had to suffer no hot water all but the last day of their week at this hotel. I spoke to the hotel itself to see what could be done and they said nothing. I spoke to Hotels.com and they tried to speak to the hotel and still were unable to do anything. Very unsatisfied for my 4 employees working hard and unable to fully rest in this hotel.

This hotel was fabulous. when we first walked in we were greeted by a smiling clerk who was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, smelled great (as was the hallways), the bed mattress was perfect.

excellent customer service from everyone, a great night's sleep, followed by a great breakfast and surprisingly great coffee. this was a one night stay for us as we passed through Statesville, NC, but we will 100% book here next time we're through town.

Property was conveniently located in relation to interstate. Television set to Spanish with mor direction to change b language. No phone on room so i had to go to concierge desk. Floor above very noisy. Cooling system inefficient. Not worth the fee.
