Cozy one bedroom with two queens sized beds suite. Uniquely close to the Belleayre mountain. Everything is provided for your stay in this cozy lodge. Great room with bathroom, coffee brewer, tea kettle, microwave. There's even a table and chairs for morning tea and breakfast. Enjoy the panoramic views, all the central Catskills have to offer: ski Plattekill, Belleayre; bike, fish, canoe, golf, kayak; ride the scenic Delaware & Ulster railroad.

For Summer visitors we’re a mile away from Belleayere beach and numerous hiking and mountain biking trails the Belleayre Music Festival is only 2-car minutes away when it is happening. If you come in the winter you will be within a car minute at the ski base station that takes you up the mountain.

No other upstate New York Catskills Lodge, Bed & Breakfast or any other accommodation for that matter is closer to the action. Come check us out. (you will spend less time on the road and not be backed up in traffic that is leaving the mountain.

You may be visiting the area for the very first time, and are not quite sure how to go about selecting a room(s). No worries. At our Alpine Four Season Lodge, all the things that are important to you, will be here for you.

Updated & renovated in 2023. We have for you a clean, sanitized and quiet room. There is electric heat when needed with plenty of hot water, good water pressure. The room is appointed in an contemporary-modern design. Our credo of bringing-the-nature-into-the-room becomes evident by naming the suite after a bird.

When you stay with us you’ll enjoy:

Getting around....

By Train and Bus
If you're considering traveling by train, Amtrak and Metro-North both service numerous stops along the Hudson River, after which you'll need to rent a car or take a taxi to get to our house.

If traveling by bus, these are your best bets:

Adirondack/Pine Hill Trailways, servicing the eastern region of the Catskills including Palenville, Hunter, Tannersville and Windham in Greene County, as well as Woodstock, Phonecia, Pine Hill (2 car minutes away from our property), Andes, Delhi, Fleischmanns (2 car minutes away from our property) and Margaretville in Ulster and Delaware Counties.
