Very nice rooms and hotel but you must post online there is no elevators wirking and i had to carry my luggage 3 floors not nice but hotel is super modern chick

I had to check in to the hotel at one location, then walk a couple of blocks to park my car, then walk another block and a half to the building with my room. No map is given to you although a "guide to kingston" handed out does have a map of the area with the buildings marked but when you're trying to find your hotel room, walking around in the cold, it would be nice to have a map in hand so one knows where one is going. Really not worth the price as I could have stayed elsewhere for half the price. I don't recommend this hotel.

Quiet, spotless, generously sized room and bath; comfy bed; clean design style in an historic building in Uptown Kingsley. Responsive front desk. The restaurant offerings were fair, but we found better food elsewhere in walking distance. Didn't diminish our stay.

If you have ANY kind of mobility issues, call the hotel directly to request a first floor room. We were unaware that there was a non-functioning elevator (ADA non-compliant and ongoing for several years apparently) in our building and, after a heart attack in January, the steep steps to our third floor room were quite a challenge for my husband. Also, parking may be a 2-3 block walk.

The hotel rooms are beautiful however I stayed at the Pearl Street location and found it to be extremely loud. The common room was next-door to my room so I could hear rowdiness, even a dog barking endlessly. Footsteps above me, TV next-door to me. Soundproofing is bad. I called to complain, and was offered a room on the third floor, which was difficult with a heavy suitcase and no help or elevator in the building. Also, I was surprised by how the bathrooms are outfitted. You go to the trouble of having Frette robes, but no hairdryer or things like cotton pads, earbuds, etc

No elevator. If you’re not physically fit, the three flights of stairs were a bit too much for us in your stay you will receive either one free appetizer or one free dessert. But please check in first before you dine there. We dined first at the hotel. I ordered one appetizer $15 and it was not refunded. On the bill we did get seven dollars removed but not on the appetizer. Two of the towels in the bathroom had brown spots on them. Make sure you get there early to eat because most of the things you really want to eat was sold out so you needed to settle. It’s a great location right in town walking distance. I didn’t like the fact that you had to park at a different location away from the hotel and take your luggage and belongings and walk back to the hotel. That was a bit of an inconvenience, especially for the price of the hotel
