The apartments are great for a family . Having a full kitchen and separate bedrooms are a huge bonus . The hide a bed suck- 2 years in a row . The showers hot , good pressure, good supply of towels that are big enough for the average joe. Continental breakfast is a win to start the day with hot food. Then you don’t have to stop your day to find food before it starts . Don’t let the lack of lawn care scare you away !

Grass was over a foot high on property. Weeds everywhere. Property in general seemed a bit run down. We had lights burned out in bathroom, ceiling fans on high with no way to adjust them. Staff was nice. Just expected a lit nicer place for the price. Won’t stay there again.
Helpful and accommodating staff. Good breakfast and nice pool options.

Not the best of places
It had good and bad. The check in experience is a bit weird. You have to check in at the best western next door and everything is ran through there. The pool, breakfast area are all on the best western property. We were in the back apartment/suite buidling which has a path that leads to the pool and then too the main BW parking and entrance. Staff at the BW was great, very friendly and accomidating. They did clean the room daily but they do it early so if you plan on sleeping in you wont get serivice that day. The room it self was clean and roomy but we stayed in one of the basement rooms and the smell inside the room was awful. Not sure if its because it was closer to the pool or if there is something else going on but it was a very strong musty smell that was almost too much to handle. Had to wash everything we took into the room thoroughly even my daughters stuff animals which all smelled musty. I know its a more humid area there but even the carpet and all the things in the room just felt moist every day. The 2 rooms and the beds were very clean, the pull out bed inside the couch was pretty old and worn down but it got the job done. Overall the interior was super dated, Felt like it hadnt been updated since the mid 90's. Would stay at the BW instead of this property. Cant say enough how great the staff was, even the breakfast bar was fully stocked and was nice to not spend money on that everyday somewhere in town.
The pictures of the lobby, breakfast area, and swimming pool were all of the Best Western that was right next door. You had to check in at the Best Western and share those areas with that hotel. Maybe I didn't read closely enough. But it seemed a bit like a bait and switch. The rooms that were pictured on hotels.com were the real rooms. But you can tell they must have used other lights to brighten the place up for pictures. The lighting was not anywhere close to the pictures. It was a good space and needs were comfortable. It just appeared newer in the pictures.

Love having an apt as we can have our private spaces. Location is great. Lawn needs mowing and landscape needs weeding. Very overgrown. Makes it look shoddy.
We did not check in, if the property is allowed to be this run down I could only imagine the inside. The outside of the building gives the impression that the hotel is closed and has been for quite some time.

This was a great last minute stay with a kitchen. You get what you pay for the price was really good but the rooms could use a little love.
This hotel is ok, definitely not luxury. We had 2 clogged sinks in the bathroom. No one came to clean our room, replace towels or take out the garbage for the week we spent there. We had to ask them to do the garbage and for new towels, then it was only that day.
I do have to say that the free breakfast was very good, lots of variety of breakfast foods
Also check in and check out went smoothly and the staff was helpful

We thought we were booking a hotel suite. It ended up being a former apartment complex.
We couldn't find where to check in. Ended up having to walk through 2 other buildings and across a parking lot to get to a hotel that was part of the "suites".
Rooms were great other than stairs everyway
I enjoyed the apartment like room that we had. It is intended for long stays but was perfect for our vacation since it had 2 bedrooms. One for us and one for my parents. The living room was good sized and has a pullout couch. The furniture in the living room wasnt too comfy but we didnt spend too much time there anyways. Lots of stuff to so in the area. My parents cant walk that far but its walkable distance from the main strip in town. Id stay here again!

Needs some maintenance and updating. Lawn and flower/rock beds were overgrown. Breakfast was ok. Parking was convenient. Area was close to a lot of attractions.
It wasn't a terrible place to stay. The Suite is really just an apartment. When we arrived, the first thing I noticed was the dampness and musty smell. The apartment was located on the lower level of the building. I also noted that there was a hair clip and sock left on the floor from the previous guests, which indicates they did not clean it very well. There is no phone in the suite to call the front desk so you have to walk to the front desk of the Best Western if you need anything.
That all being said, it served its purpose for our trip. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had many of the required necessities for cooking and enjoying meals in the unit.

Stayed here for 2 nights,Could be better as the is old and needs new carpet. Saw beetles crawling in the mornings or the carpet. Towel hanger came off. The pool need more frequent cleaning .The good is that they have great /excellent front staff( aka Best Western), i cannot be more pleased with their approach. The breakfast was great.
