Nice hotel with big rooms near the train.

LOVED that my bag was brought to my room. I stored my bag at the hotel and headed out to explore Hiroshima. When I returned, check-in took less than 2 minutes, and my very heavy bag was waiting for me in my room! The internet rivaled dial-up, but the staff brought up a special modem that solved the problem. Lesson: don't get frustrated, ask for what you need! The staff was friendly and very responsive. The location is perfect for those using the train to get to Itsukushima Island. Walking distance to the historical sites of the city. The room was HUGE! I thought the price was expensive compared to other Japanese hotels. I would likely look around for better options before booking this hotel again.

Japanese Style room was grear

I booked a Japanese room as it was cheaper than a regular one and it was huge. They made the bed for me which was nice. It was also very comfy. The room had a machine with cold or hot water on tap. The shower room was pretty great.

Really pleasant stay in a beautiful Japanese traditional room. Staff are very nice and helpful, garden is pretty, location is about 5-10 min walk from main train station. Lots of dining option and a supermarket within 5 min walking. Cannot ask for more.

Older style but clean and nice.

Hotel was nice overall… we stayed in a tatami room which was fun. The room was a little old and felt like it could use an update. But it was very clean and the staff was good. We only stayed one night and didn’t interact with any staff after check in. Value felt fair.

雖然是個老酒店，但一切設施都很乾淨整潔，房間備品、飲品都很豐富，前台服務也很熱情，裝潢雅緻有品味。經濟旅店的價格，但服務都遠超經濟旅店，以後來廣島還會選擇這家酒店！

We booked this last minute as we were stuck in Hiroshima for another night due to the typhoon. It was a Japanese style room in a quiet area not far from the main JR station which we needed to walk to early morning. Expensive room for the state and age of the hotel but duvets were comfortable and we slept well.

OK hotel to stay for a short trip to Hiroshima. A bit far from the museum but close to the station. Staff was friendly but spoke little English. The room was OK, typical Japanese small room. Everything qa a bit old but usuable and clean. Its ok

We really liked the close proximity to the Hiroshima train station, it was only a 5 min walk. Staff were really friendly and spoke basic English which was helpful. We were really impressed with how the large the room was and bathroom was, considering we had experienced much smaller in Japan. There is little to no restaurants in the immediate area but if you walk only about 10 min down the road, you will start entering the main precinct of Hiroshima and discover lots of different places to eat. We walked about 4 km to the Hiroshima memorial peace park and enjoyed looking at the shops along the way. Overall We had a really pleasant stay and this was also the most affordable place In the area. The only downfall was that their in house restaurant does not offer a English menu which would be fine if there were still pictures however their menu didn’t include this either. I think the hotel would really benefit if they introduced this.
