Checkin somewhat difficult but otherwise enjoyed the hotel. Clean quiet room, walkable to major tour sites, good breakfast (expensive), taxi service was excellent in Hirishima.

After visiting other cities, it was welcomed relief to have such a spacious room. The views from the 11th floor were excellent. We enjoyed the “knot coins” to grab a couple drinks while taking in the view from the roof deck. Two minor things that I’m sure will be improved in the future are the washer/dryer machines were a bit rough, as it took us about 3.5 hours to get fully dried clothes; the carpet in our room was stained and obvious from the light colored carpet. Overall, we’d be really happy to stay at other knot hotels in other cities! (PS: the pizza served at the ground floor hotel were excellent, and a nice change of pace from all the Japanese food we’d been having for days)

Nice hotel, very busy

good brief stay. large comfortable and clean room with no coffee or tea although there is a kettle. I had to go down to reception to get coffee etc from the little station by the lifts. We were given gold coins to spend in the bar - this is enough to get you one non alcoholic drink. Check out was easy.

We chose The Knot primarily for proximity to the Hiroshima Peace Park and it was just a few minutes walk which was great. But hotel itself was modern and lovely. Our room was comfortable and bright. We loved making use of the roof top bar to relax and reflect after touring during the day. The hotel was also just a 10 minute walk from the train station making our transfer from and to Hiroshima station very easy. The staff spoke English and were very helpful and kind.

Great Hotel

Fantastic location. Great service. Rooftop bar with view of peace park. Room was really nice with view of a bomb dome. 2 minute walk to street car stop but main attractions are within walking distance.

Amazing hotel at a great price. Restaurant on the ground floor served 5 star food and staff were brilliant. Very friendly. Check in smooth on ground floor I think if after a certain time you have to check in On roof top which isn’t a problem. Rooms immaculate and excellent location

This hotel is excellent. It has an odd reception located on the 14th floor, with the ground floor being taken up by a restaurant (which smelled amazing each time we went past). The hotel has a bar on the 14th floor where you can sit outside and look at the Hiroshima skyline. The bar served excellent drinks, even though one male bartender had a bit of an attitude. A quick word with him put him in check for the rest of the night. This hotel is well worth the rate. Although I did not try the restaurant in the first floor (mostly because we wanted to eat Hiroshima Okonomiyaki), it smelled amazing and next time will try it. The staff at the hotel are also helpful and polite. This hotel has a unique checkout system where you simply drop your room key into a brass box in the elevator. Very convenient.
