Don't be fooled by the nice photos - while the lobby looks great, the room was dirty, amenities were outdated, and the stairwells were constantly blocked by laundry and boxes. Good luck trying to sleep with the extremely loud / bassy music playing until 1am every night (it's coming from Nori on the first floor . . . not District K across the street).

Absolutely convenient place to your around and see everything! Fantastic base to explore not to mention the hotel has a pool and a free breakfast which is awesome! Staff is so attentive and helpful as well, would totally recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff efficient and friendly. An upgrade was given free of charge. Excellent location, walkable to most attractions. Only downside was noise from nearby pub / club until 2am. Overall recommended for location and price.

The stay was great up until the end...I am disappointed in the way the hotel adds extra costs which has never happened to us before in any hotel...even the hotel in Hanoi didn't add any extra costs for changing pillow cases twice. This is very odd for this kind of hotel and will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.
