The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stored our luggage’s there for 4 days while going on tours with no issue and all free of charge !

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic—convenient and close to everything, making it a great choice for travelers looking to explore the area. However, while the staff was polite and welcoming, the hotel itself feels quite outdated and in need of some upgrades. The amenities, from the furnishings to the overall decor, could use a refresh to enhance the guest experience. Some modern touches, updated facilities, and a bit more attention to detail would go a long way in bringing this hotel up to its full potential. That said, we still enjoyed our stay due to its prime location and friendly service. With some thoughtful renovations, this could easily become a top-tier choice for visitors. Looking forward to seeing what improvements come in the future!

The bathroom condition is like two star hotel. The one way free transfer wasn’t fulfilled with lame excuses. I had to pay three times the usual airport fare by the taxi managed by hotel reception desk.

Amazing hotel with a central location.

A great hotel. All staff members are very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early and the reception staff called me when my tour guide arrived to pick me up. Breakfast is delicious with a huge choice. I had one meal in the restaurant on my last day and I wish I had more as the service & food were amazing. Room was cleaned daily and 2 glass bottles of fresh filtered water supplied each time. The facilities on the rooftop area are great, I enjoyed a swim then a few drinks while listening to an acoustic band that play there 3 times per week. A young band playing instruments with amazing singers. Hotel is centrally located within walking distance of many attractions. I would happily stay here again and can recommend this hotel.

For USD$72/night compared to other similar rating Hotels at about USD$40/night, the room in Alagon Saigon Hotel has rust all over in its bathroom and difficulty in turning on the faucet that splashes all over. The cleanliness is way over-rated at 8.4 as max score for my room cleanliness would be 7.5.

Great stay!

We had a fantastic stay. The room was great, the rooftop bar was excellent, the breakfast had a lot of variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bruno in particular was extremely helpful, helping us book a tour and taxi to the airport.
