The photos are very outdated and condition of the room is not well kept. The location and services were excellent, but the walls were very thin so we heard the elevator dinging, doors shutting loudly and audible noises in the hallway. La chambre était correctement propre. Quelques traces de café qui a coulé sur le bord du lit, des morceaux manquants à la baignoire qui semblait rouillé. Le pommeau de douche ne peut rester sur le mur lorsque vous prenez la douche parce qu'il passe par-dessus le rideau de douche. Il y a une des serviettes de bain qui avait un trou... Le lit était très incorfortable, avec TOUS les ressorts ou les barres de métal qu'on sentait. Impossible de bien dormir avec tout ça. Le service était impeccable, les hôtes nous on très bien répondu et guidé. C'est ce qui sauve leur note.

The staff went out of their way to help us. The room however was not the one in the photo. It had a window that looked out to a passageway and then to a window that was on the outside of the building. The larger rooms seemed much nicer. Our room was ok especially given the price and location of the hotel. The room was quite clean. The "good" rating is based on the price and location more than the quality of the room.

The receptionist staffs is not friendly. I feel extremely appreciate the laundry service staffs they’re mostly deaf :(.. it’s very sad but happy to see they have a job. The room it’s old. It’s not that clean. Lots of shop nearby. The location it’s very convenient for walking distance.

This was not our favorite stay during our travels, but also not the worst. The room itself was decent, a bit dark because we couldn't open the curtains (they opened to the hallway of the hotel). The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. However, we did have our toilet leak, and we were told, rather abruptly and with no apology, that we needed to pack up and change rooms. Then, the following day after heavy rainfall, our bathroom ceiling began leaking. Most of the staff was friendly.
