This place is a scam. Party of 5 landed and arrived at “hotel” at 7 pm. No one was there to check in. We had a random person help us to call the number on our reservation and the lady who answered said they cancelled our room (booked and paid for!!) still trying to get our $ back. Had to get a room elsewhere, get back in a cab and make the best of it. Total scam!!!

Chairs at table are coming apart. If I had a screwdriver I could’ve put one of them back together. I let management know. There was no hot water. The apartment was clean. Everything seemed to work other than no hot water and chairs are falling apart.
